Hey Gadgeteers!

On the Ides of March we are giving away five HAL Mini USB drives made by Master Replicas Group in honor of our love for 2001: A Space Odyssey and the ~~evil~~ fair and just HAL. Each mini-HAL is a 1/6th scale HAL 9000 computer panel that functions as a USB 3.0 flash drive!

If USB drives aren't your thing, Master Replicas Group has a bunch of other IMAX-level quality reproductions like their HAL bluetooth speaker and their HAL command console. They also make non-gadgets (if that's your thing), like fossil replicas and T-Rex skulls (for when you need to reenact Jurrassic Park).

The contest is open to everyone, regardless of where you live. Winners are responsible for the shipping costs. Those prizes are in my possession, so you will be responsible for whatever it costs to get your prize from me to you.

How to Win:

Leave a top-level comment discussing your favorite sentient robot or your favorite scene from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
